Description

ITIL

The course intent is to provide proven practical guidance on how to successfully introduce an integrated ITSM framework and how best practices can be adopted and adapted within a student’s organization. It also prepares students for the ITIL Foundation Certificate Examination. The multiple-choice exam contains 40 questions. To pass, students must get 26 or more questions correct, a 65% passing grade.

Lesson 1: Review of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Lesson 2: Service Lifecycle Approach
Lesson 3: Service Strategy
Lesson 4: Service Design
Lesson 5: Service Transition
Lesson 6: Service Operation
Lesson 7: Continual Service Improvement

The ITIL Examination fee is included in the cost of this course and is delivered at the end of training.

There are no prerequisites for this course.
