Mary Thomas is a seasoned expert in Social Media & Microsoft Office. She has authored two books on the subject, and helps hundreds of people get the most out of technology, in a simple easy-to-understand manner.
Mary established the first accredited Social Media qualification – the ITQ in Social Media – in 2011 for people to learn how to use Social Media properly and to have a qualification to provide integrity.
After the success of the ITQ Social Media, City & Guilds asked Mary to create the criteria and units for their Diploma in Social Media for Business qualification. Mary has since created a full training programme for this course which we are pleased to be able to offer to our candidates. Mary not only trains people to use social media in a friendly and supportive manner, but she also manages social media and digital marketing content for businesses throughout the world. These experiences are shared (both positive and negative) with learners throughout the course.
